Field To many people, Ireland is simply a place of ancestry and heritage, famous for St. Patrick�s Day and leprechauns, and though the �Emerald Island� does possess great beauty and tradition, it is more than just that. God looks past these temporal conceptions and sees the Irish people as dying and going to Hell! These are people who, though religious, have never been transformed with the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. Though the vast majority of Irish people claim to be Roman Catholics, most do not attend services faithfully. Claiming to be thus because their parents were, they are blinded by this false religion. They need someone to shine forth the light of the gospel, opening their blinded eyes, setting them free from sin. Mark 16:15 is our command, ��Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.�
